RecommendedI just had one of the best, hassle-free experiences with a home improvement project when Air Hawk Heating and Cooling installed a new Rheem A/C system today. The price was $2,000 less than another quote and the installers were professional, smart, super respectful and friendly. They also left my property cleaner than they found it. We just had our courtesy check done by Eric Miller on the new AC system we had installed a year ago. He was very professional and efficient. He did a super job of checking and explaining everything. We appreciate the Air Hawk team and have never been disappointed - great customer service! We also really like the text notifications pre and post the house visit - we always know exactly what is going on every step of the way. Many, many thanks!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a AC company. From my initial call with Ryan to discuss and schedule to Lee who came out to fix my issue was seamless. Ryan was super friendly and quick to help me figure out the best route to fix my issue with my heat and thermostat. Lee came out to help and went above and beyond to ensure I understood what he was doing and really explained what was wrong with my heat and why the thermostat wasn’t working. Lee was absolutely wonderful! He was polite and pleasant and explained everything he was doing. Lee took the time to show me what could use replacing and why. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need like some other companies have tried to do in the past. He helped me find filters online to save me some money and also went above and beyond to explain some parts in my system and where to find the bulbs so it wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
