Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled with this AC co. I scheduled the appointment at 11 AM this morning cause I’m off this day and at 9:30 AM They called but neither wife nor I were home and wouldn’t be home till 11. They said they would be back at 11 which was the original scheduled time.AT 1130 I didn’t hear from them so I called and they said it wouldn’t be till at least another hour now , that’s unprofessional and I Cancelled the appointment. Bailey was great. Came within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Explained how it worked and replaced the part to get my AC working again. Will definitely use the service again if needed.
The AC technician came out very polite and professional. He found the problem within about 10 minutes fixed it great company. Recommend everyone to use them.
I was able to schedule a routine annual maintenance of both AC and furnace easily. Technician arrived on time, was friendly and professional. He explained his procedures and answered all my questions. I immediately put a reminder in my calendar for next year!
