I had an exceptional experience with Air Plus HVAC, Inc. I was actually referred to this company from another manager who also installs and fixes furnaces. All the employees here were very kind, respectful and made me feel like I'm truly cared for as a customer. I called Air Plus HVAC as we had a problem with our heating system . They sent over technician Razmik. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out fan in our air heater. That was why we smelled smoke in the house when we awoke. Razmik told us it would take a day or two to order the fan and he would do so. He followed up as he had said, and came over two days after the initial diagnosis to install the new fan. All is working well.
