AirPlus has been amazing to work with. It started with one of the units of my minisplit system on the fritz. Then all 3 of them were on the fritz, exhibiting the same issue. Raz and team were able to get 2 of the 3 going but the 3rd one continued to create headaches. He was very punctual, very reliable , explained what he was doing in a comprehendablr Precise manner, knew exactly what the issue was due to the great internal communications of this company Air Plus! Very professional very thorough inspection of our HVAC system. The technician Vanik knows the system very well and he is great to work with. We do a system check every year and it’s certainly worth the low price to make sure there are no hidden problems.
5 Stars absolutely STELLAR company for duct repair work from intake person Mayte, estimate department Karen, incredibly kind AND KNOWLEDGEABLE comfort advisor Ted and our wonderful technician Pedro! We had a SMALL job that we desperately needed help with in a very small crawl space and they graciously helped us right away. Competitively priced and very quick and professional.
