DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I had an AC unit installed back in June 2023. My husband just passed away leaving me a single mother of 3 children. Being a single mother makes me an easy target to get taken advantage of by companies like this one. Hello, I recently had problems with my A/C unit in the house. We were recommend to Air Rey from a friend and it was the best decision yet. Carlos M, is the guy who came to our home and explained in detail exactly what his team plans to do and how everything works. The his team arrived, they replaced our entire A/C unit in just a few hours! They were professional and cleaned up any mess left behind. Excellent attention to detail by both my sales consultant Carlos Marin and the installation crew. They came right in time and being that it was a 5 men crew, the job was done quick and efficient. Would recommend their services any time
I bought an ac from them in July 2024. I had a smaller unit, sales person recommended a size up which we took since he said our house was older we had not replaced windows and it would be a better option. Took his recomendation. After that we had issues with AC turning off on us. They would come check it out and would say somwthing tripped the switch to turn unit off, but your ac is back on.
