DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. I had an AC unit installed back in June 2023. My husband just passed away leaving me a single mother of 3 children. Being a single mother makes me an easy target to get taken advantage of by companies like this one. Hello, I recently had problems with my A/C unit in the house. We were recommend to Air Rey from a friend and it was the best decision yet. Carlos M, is the guy who came to our home and explained in detail exactly what his team plans to do and how everything works. The his team arrived, they replaced our entire A/C unit in just a few hours! They were professional and cleaned up any mess left behind. I was very happy with everything Mariano De Anda explained. He was very detailed and patient on understanding with what I wanted. He worked with me on getting me a great deal. When the day came to the change out my ac system, the work was done just as Mariano said. Workers were professional and careful when removing my old system and installing my new system. They were very clean and didn’t leave any trash behind. I would highly recommend Mariano with Air Rey A/C to my family and friends.
Carlos was our sales representative he got us a great payment plan and stayed in contact with us thru out the whole process. Even after the install was done checked in with me about the ac and answered all the questions I had. I felt like it was my best friend doing the work for me. The installers kept everything neat and organized and I did not have to clean or haul any trash away. The process was smooth and fast. Thank you Carlos and AirRey Houston for Helping us
