Air Services is an AMAZING COMPANY! Our tech Aaron was absolutely outstanding. My appt time was 3:45-4:45PM and he showed up at 3:49 PM. That’s right there was AWESOME, but it wasn’t just that. Aaron asked questions about what was going on with our ac unit before it stopped working etc. He told me what he was going to do before he even did anything. ASU did outstanding work on replacing our duct system, and installing a whole house surge protector. They communicated well, scheduled promptly, and the crew was on time and highly skilled. Special thanks to Jason for planning the project and enduring all my questions with patience.
Very disappointing service. Found problem and then quoted an extremely high price. $1442.00 told tech no way We would just pay the call charge which was also extremely high $250.00. Tech then came back to door with $875 price. No thank you, don't do business like that. Got call next morning and they blamed the "app" for the pricing. Not a great way to do business. Beware of "app" pricing. Got unit fixed next day by another dealer and gladly paid dealer $553.00. Will not recommend or do business with this company in the futur... read more
Any time I have an issue, Air Services Unlimited responds quickly and resolves the problem. Michael is a talented, experienced, and very helpful and polite tech! He was at our house within 2 hours of my call...on a SATURDAY! I highly recommend ASU!
These guys are great. I called them to check up on a property that was on the market and they were completely honest. I told them the home inspector had said the heater wasn’t working properly so they could’ve tried to tell me he was right but didn’t. They told me the ac was working fine and it didn’t need anything. That right there says a lot about the company and how they’ll treat you as a customer.
