I am always a sceptic when my home warranty company assigns a pro. BUT, in Air Squad's case, I was very pleasantly surprised. My home warranty company assigned Air Squad to repair my air conditioning unit. For once, I am 100% pleased with their choice. Air Squad called almost immediately after I submitted my request and scheduled service for the next business morning. The technicians arrived on time and promptly fixed the issue, and Gary was very accommodating in explaining the problem and detailing the work that was done. Was experiencing a leak in the upstairs shower that led to a very damp ceiling and wet floor in the room underneath. Got assigned Air Squad through my home warranty. Tech came by and "fixed" the diverter and left without even re-caulking the tile that he removed/broke to "fix" the problem. He said "I don't have caulk with me, you guys can just do it yourself". I called my Home Warranty to have a tuneup on my HVAC system with the purchase of my home. The technician, Alexis was friendly, delivered excellent service, and very considerate while I was conducting meetings during the service. His recommendations were appropriate and actioned on in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Alexis and Air Squad.
