I am always a sceptic when my home warranty company assigns a pro. BUT, in Air Squad's case, I was very pleasantly surprised. My home warranty company assigned Air Squad to repair my air conditioning unit. For once, I am 100% pleased with their choice. Air Squad called almost immediately after I submitted my request and scheduled service for the next business morning. We have 2 AC units, 1 suddenly stopped blowing cool air - went through American Home Shield, and was assigned Air Squad (we had no choice). At first I was skeptical given we had no say in who came out, but Alexis from Air Squad was amazing - he diagnosed the issue on the spot within 10 minutes, replaced the part, and our AC was blowing cool air again. I had Air Squad come to my home for an air conditioning problem. Alexis was the technician. He could not have been more professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to complete the job. I never felt like he was rushing, rather he wanted to do everything correctly. I would highly recommend him. Great technician who wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied.👍👍
