I paid $89 for Air Temp Solutions to come out and diagnose an issue with my AC unit. After a brief inspection, I was told my condenser was shot and was immediately presented with options for a maintenance plan and a complete system replacement costing around $10,000. Wanting a second opinion, I called a local HVAC technician the next day. After inspecting the unit, he discovered that a wire had become disconnected. My experience with Air Temp has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Two contractors told me my geothermal system needed full replacement. Air Temp said it only needed a new flow center. I asked multiple times — in front of my wife — to confirm this was truly all we needed. They repeatedly assured us it was. We paid $4,500 for the flow center… and it did not fix the problem. Hi, I just wanted to thank air. Temp for everything that they've done I had no air yesterday and I have air again today. That was really fast, everybody in your company. For me, it was extremely helpful and the guys that did the work today. Were here on time? Got everything done in a great amount of time.
