Simeon was the technician that did the job, right from the beginning Simeon arrive with a friendly and professional attitude, he explained how he was going to accomplish everything that he was going to do and showed us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. Dylan came out today to our condo to help with some issues we’ve been having with our AC the past month and was able to diagnose and fix a big part of the issue same day! He did a great job explaining what the issue was and the next steps we will have to take. Definitely recommend having these guys come out to work on your AC.
Very professional from start to finish. Dylan came out to service our AC unit which had not been cooling properly. Quickly diagnosed the problem, found the leak and replaced the part, and re-charge the refrigerant. He showed me everything he was doing so I understood what was involved. Also Agreed to fill out warranty coverage information. Nice job!
When my AC went out during the hottest time of year, the team at Air Temp Solutions went above and beyond to get it fixed as soon as possible. Jess the technician did his best to fix my old system and when it was determined I needed a new system, Zak and Drew installed it just in time before my out of town guests arrived.
