Andrew was fantastic from start to finish. He did an amazing job! He was on time, professional, and explained everything clearly. He showed me before-and-after photos, worked neatly, and even cleaned my dryer vent. The house already feels fresher with stronger airflow. Highly recommend asking for him!
Used Air Temp Solution to have my air duct’s cleaned out. Simeon was the technician that did the job, right from the beginning Simeon arrive with a friendly and professional attitude, he explained how he was going to accomplish everything that he was going to do and showed us pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning. The Technician arrived on time, he contacted me and discussed the scope of the job. We walked down the job and he questioned me on any concerns that I had and the previous performance of my split HVAC units. He went to work and when through he found me and discussed the the system. It was in good shape and if I had and questions. He produced the bill and after payment he left. To me this was a "Text book" example of the way services should be conducted. Thank you.
Dylan came out today to our condo to help with some issues we’ve been having with our AC the past month and was able to diagnose and fix a big part of the issue same day! He did a great job explaining what the issue was and the next steps we will have to take. Definitely recommend having these guys come out to work on your AC.
Zachary was awesome! He was punctual, respectful and resourceful. This was a big investment for our family and he was able to answer all our questions and walk us through our new unit. We had to replace our HVAC system and Zachary took the time to explain everything.
