I just want to take this time to say Thank You to Air Temp (Al Mayweather, Zachary Maucher, Jason Welch and team). I just moved into my new home with my family after renovations and the HVAC units were old and one went out and the other was barely there. Our heater quit working. Matt was very good! He was very thorough on explaining what the job entailed and showed pictures of the work done. Very courteous and nice. Would recommend him.
We worked with Andrew for our service on two systems in our home today, he was great! Very thorough on the servicing, very knowledgeable and we appreciated his help. Definitely would ask for him personally, and as 10 year customers of Air Temp Solutions, we are very satisfied & glad to have such a good company to work with!
Our tech for our duct clening, Kyle Kellam, was great. Did a fantastic job going around to all the rooms and getting the registers and returns taken care of. I highly recommend Ait Temp since we have always had positive experiences with their techs and staff.
Matt Vojacsek was our tech for this visit. It was a routine checkup for the heating system under our plan. All was fine with no charges under our plan. Additionally we discussed the age of the system, and the thought of doing some preventative measures that seem prudent at the 15 year life point. Matt's explanations were clear and concise.
