Our thermostat fell off our wall annd shattered about a week ago, just in time for the cold weather 😬. We attempted to buy a cheaper thermostat but it wouldn’t connect to our system. We’ve worked with Air Temp Solutions for all of our HVAC needs. We gave them a call and technician Patrick came out to diagnose the problem. We needed them to connect everything again. First I'd like to start off with a thank you Simeon! I really appreciate the throughnes of my heater service today. Because you did your job efficiently, you discovered a problem with my gas intake regulator. Being a senior citizen I'm always worried about my hvac in this old house. My heater is only two years old and I realize how important these maintenance appointments are. Once again THANK YOU!! GOD BLESS!!

Good afternoon, Andrew Paris is one the best workers at Air Temps Solutions! He did the darn thing! He was very very informative and understanding about our situation of what we needed to be done and took total charge of trying every avenue to make it happen. I’m truly Grateful to him and his boss whom he was also in contact with to get this thing done. Brian J, Andrew P, Zach M, and Simeon H are all fantastic! They were very easy to work with and extremely professional, knowledgeable, and guided us smoothly through the process. Isaiah was fantastic. He was professional and very personable. We had three systems needing service and he kept us fully informed and worked hard to get things fixed in a timely manner with minimal disruption. One system was having a series of issues but he finally figured everything out and wasn’t going to consider the job finished until every system was in top shape. AirTemp was very responsive to all my calls and scheduled multiple days of service promptly so that our systems were fixed as soon as possible.
