Got home from a trip to find the AC inoperative in the middle of a heat wave. Their receptionist staff is super friendly! I called and expressed my concerns with our old unit and they listened, took the notes, and added to the tech we really wanted to push another season out of our unit (we just bought our home). We needed a new unit and used their interest free finance option, they were also extremely great with that.
