We had the pleasure of meeting Bill and Owen here today to install our new furnace. The experience was top notch ,from messaging that they were on the way, to floor protection, to final cleanup. The team worked well together and were very thorough. The whole experience with Aire One was amazing considering we purchased yesterday and 24 hours later our new furnace was up and running. Recently, I decided to upgrade and replace my old furnace and water heater with new, more efficient models. Aire One company's installers, Jose and James, and electrician, Gur, did an exceptional job installing my new equipment. The installation was nice and neat. Owen and Bill arrived on time, as scheduled. They were very polite, professional, and very thorough in their problem-solving, and subsequent installation of new A/C unit. On closer inspection, furnace issues were noted and the recommended fix was brought to my attention, as there were safety concerns. Even though I am pleased with the service that the technicians provided, I am still very disappointed in the fact that my furnace and A/C required replacement in only 6 years.
