Thanks James, James and crew. When arriving they assessed the problem (they were my second opinion) and found a seized compressor. They apologized and seemed truly upset they couldn't just "fix" the issue. Then Amber at the office jumped into action and provided a number of options. This is the most amazing company! Within a short time they show up on a Friday night to address my air issue! I was cool and comfortable within an hour of their service! Customer service at its finest, and with this heat wave going on I am forever grateful to be their customer. My highest recommendation for Airgaard !
Airgaard was easy & very pleasant to schedule with. They also sent a reminder text the night before & a phone call when James & Adam were on their way. They were prompt, very nice & very knowledgeable. I was frustrated with the thermostats our builder installed and they were great at recommending a very user-friendly replacement that I was able to get & have them install. Definitely a great company to work with!!!
I was very pleased that when I called for service they came out right away and fixed the problem with the AC unit. We are happy with our first experience with AirGaard!!
