Thanks James, James and crew. When arriving they assessed the problem (they were my second opinion) and found a seized compressor. They apologized and seemed truly upset they couldn't just "fix" the issue. Then Amber at the office jumped into action and provided a number of options. This is the most amazing company! Within a short time they show up on a Friday night to address my air issue! I was cool and comfortable within an hour of their service!
