Within hours of calling, a Tech arrived and diagnosed the problem. He order parts onsite, picked them up and stayed late until I was up and running. Prompt, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Just as important, they were fair with the price.
Thanks James, James and crew. When arriving they assessed the problem (they were my second opinion) and found a seized compressor. They apologized and seemed truly upset they couldn't just "fix" the issue. Then Amber at the office jumped into action and provided a number of options.
