Third owner changed since I've been here about 4 years....4 price increase. Original owners did were able to make money and keep place amazing when my rent was 165 and now they won't over 200 for the same unit. Dumb. Owner(s) are trying to make their money back fast by raising rent and providing worse services. Most recently they are changing insurances and raising the cost on that. Garbage. Office management is great.

Great location, clean units, 24 hr access is awesome. I've been here for many years and in the past my rates didn't go up, now that this company has taken over, they are going up every other month or so. No deals for being a long time, on time, paying customer. So, u definately aren't going to get any deals renting from this place...seems to be charging same as everyone else around town is.

We have used Airport & Grand River Storage for many years and have been very pleased with the service. We have our RV stored there and feel that it is well protected and have also utilized the storage units with no problems. When we have questions, the office has also been very helpful.

Rachel was phenomenal! She was kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond. The office and the units were clean and well maintained. We were impressed. We would definitely recommend Airport & Grand River Self Storage.

I stored my pontoon here over the summer and I have zero complaints! Getting set up with a spot was easy and cancelling after summer was over was just as easy. They have a nice gated facility that requires a passcode to get into, so I was never worried about my boat. I would highly recommend them!
