The managers were very helpful and friendly, and the process went smoothly. I was able to put some bins in storage right away, had no trouble with closing up and locking. As storage units go it was just fine. The grounds are kept clean and the ppl running it are nice. Was surprised by the rent increase and technically it's not really secure since the coded gate hasn't worked for months.
****BEWARE*** am sad to have to change my review and if I could give negative stars I would. This may sound outlandish, but store your stuff here if you never want to see it again. I defaulted on my unit, sure that’s on me, but how could employees be posting stuff for sale from my unit, if my units auction hadn’t even been completed. (Which I won) Completely ransacked my unit. Jen, the current manager is a huge improvement over the previous in my experience over the last two years as a tenant. She goes out of her way to be a great advocate for us small town renters when the big owner gets a wee bit big for their britches! As long as Jen is there we will be too :-)
New to airport self storage. Super friendly staff and reasonable rental costs! Jen was easy to work with and the location is very conveniently located. We kept our RV there this summer and will use them again!
