Really great facility! The managers are always making sure the property looks good, and they're always willing to help and answer any questions you have. Prices are a bit high, but for an enclosed property with a manager that lives on site, its worth it for peace of mind.
****BEWARE*** am sad to have to change my review and if I could give negative stars I would. This may sound outlandish, but store your stuff here if you never want to see it again. I defaulted on my unit, sure that’s on me, but how could employees be posting stuff for sale from my unit, if my units auction hadn’t even been completed. (Which I won) Completely ransacked my unit. I had a great experience with Scott at Airport Self Storage. He was very professional and friendly. Easy to work with and answered all my questions.
If you're going to store in Pagosa, store here! The facility management is extremely helpful and polite! Anytime we needed help they were available and made it an easy process and experience. Will definitely be storing here again when I come back next year!
Dylan and Dominic are very easy to work with. They are courteous and professional. The facility is clean and in order.
