We were in need of storage and in a rush. I stopped in to see Bryan and he stopped everything in order to help me resolve my storage needs. Pleasant and knowledgeable! What a great experience!
I am an old customer here for 5 years. Last week, there was a little problem with the payment. The Manager Brain patiently sent me messages and emails, repeatedly confirmed with me, and also sent me messages in my native language. I felt very heartwarming, which relieved the anxiety caused by the payment problem, and finally solved the problem perfectly! It's really good here! grateful!
Brian at Airport Self Storage was excellent to work with! He was very professional, courteous and helpful with all of our questions. Our unit was clean and everything from the sign up to our eventual exit was stress free. The site was clean and secure. Will definitely do business with them again if we need them in the future!
Highly recommend Airport Self Storage in Truckee. Easy online processing, facility itself is secure and clean, and Brian on-site is extremely helpful - he seems to truly want to make it all easy and understands that needing storage/moving can be stressful times for people.
