Had the best and easiest experience getting a storage unit from Heaven. She was more than accommodating showing me a couple of different size units and answering all my questions. She went above me beyond to make sure the promotion I signed up for was honored even though I ended up switching to a larger unit when I arrived.
One of kind one on one customer service. Provide an our storage needs met and made with ease and provided us great service face to face with atention to detail and care . Great staff great space overall 10 out 10 experience.
It's fine. Rent keeps increasing without any visible improvements or benefits to renters, but it's better than the other options in town.
Bryan was great! We went around twice and looked for the perfect spot for my car trailer, filled out the paperwork and I was on my way. Thanks Ryan for making it so easy
Rates go up frequently and now very expensive. I have six storage areas and all of them get dust in through the closed doors which covers all the items in a layer of dust In general, the staff is very helpful and the area is very accessible.
