Facility is clean, hours are great, gate entry is easy. On site dumpster is very useful. Price increase was pretty steady throughout 3 years of renting unit, went from 130 to 200. The employees were all very nice and the office available at reasonable hours. Only issue I ever had was in dealing with the lady who lives on site. Had to speak to her about 3 times in 3 years and least 2 of those times she was either rude or had a bad attitude. Everyone else was very kind and always helpful. I have used airport storage for many years. They have always been very good. Leah, the manager there is outstanding. The only reason for the negative review is that I had all of my belongings completely destroyed by mice. That particular unit was close to a large field that bordered the property. So I lost nearly everything that was in the storage. Leah did everything to make it right, including, helping me with the insurance claim, and giving me a few months free rent. Leah was always very helpful if I had any questions or concerns. But near the end of my renting with Airport Storage it got new owners and the rent started to increase more than one time. They used to have water spigots at the end of every isle, I loved this as I worked in my storage unit and got my hands all dirty I could just walk to the end of my isle and rinse. This place was great when it was Airport Storage. Leah is wonderful and always a pleasure to work with. As soon as Storage Pros took over all they did was raise rates on the units without any upgrades to the units or property. I moved out after the third increase in price. They raised rates $40 in less than a year due to “rising costs.” Not exactly sure what their rising costs are since the units have no electricity nor are they climate controlled. The Office Manager is very kind. She listened to my needs and told me about the current promotions. I was able to go online and pick what I needed. My storage was cleaned and ready for me. I am very happy with this service!!! Update: I needed a second storage for an emergency move. Leah made this unit possible in a snap and when I only needed it for a month, clearing it out and cancelling it was a breeze. Leah made this transition super easy for me. I highly recommend this storage. Knowing someone lives on site is a plus too... read more
