This place is a joke. Other than the property manager, the staff is rude and incompetent. My neighbors have been hassling me about my dog. Claiming that my giant dog is leaving small little droppings around the building. If he did it? It would be much bigger. If you don’t want to deal with a dog? Only rent from this place if you want to to be constantly ignored and taken advantage of. If you enjoy being told to just get lawyer when you call in about a repair that’s taken months to repair, then this is the place for you! Oh you wanna move out cause your lease is gonna be up? Good luck getting in contact with someone or getting someone to call you back about it. They’ll wait till the last second just to keep you in another yearly contract. You’ll love it!
I was a resident for just over 3 years and highly recommend them. Lovely well maintained property, never had any issues, and the few, rare maintenance needs were resolved very quickly. Their rents are very fair and reasonable- especially for Lakewood and all they offer. They are kind, professional people with a wide range of beautiful properties to fit whatever you need.
Madeline and Kayla gave us such a pleasant tour of their properties! Definitely a place I’d love to stay and some managers and consultants who know their properties well! Thank you guys for having us! Wishing for the best for us!
At first it seemed fine and I didn't have any issues. I was completely fine with staying put for a bit. Only to find right after my lease renewal that there are ROACHES. I found a dead, full grown roach on the first floor. Paranoia and anxiety from this is exhausting and nauseating. I have been trying to contact the office now and no one seems to pick up the phone, no one seems to call back even when leaving a voicemail.
