I was very nervous because I had never done a Tela health apt. I was immediately comforted by the NP that I spoke with today. She was kind, listened to all of my concerns and explained things very well. I am very relied to be working with her to help make my mental health more manageable and livable.
I will first say that my 5 stars are for my psychiatrist and my therapist. They are amazing!!! They are empathetic and truly make me feel like they care for your well being. I love that a lot of medicine is not being forced on me , just Solutions. Now for the other part, my payments aren’t not being deducted and then given a nice nasty attitude about it.
