A lot easier to do it online than by paper.
Once the website was moving everything went smoothly and easy to follow. Would have like to see an No option for Canine Care package but otherwise it was a easy process.

Shopping was pretty easy to understand. I would make it a little bit easier to understand to know what was purchased. in other words put everything on one bill. Because other than the insurance Im not sure what I just purchased. I wanted to see it on all on one bill.
