I received toys for a large dog, and my pup is 2 lbs so I couldn't use a lot of it :(
I gave "How satisfied were you with the products/services that you received?" four stars because it's hard to really rate a policy I have not had to use. I'm thankful I did have to use it. It also wasn't very clear to me if in the event I would need to use it if I'd have to go to a veterinarian that is affiliated with the insurance program, or if I'd be able to go to my own veterinarian. I still don't know.
