Worse service ever. Project manager could not accurately figure carpet needed for an 11' 6" X 12' 3' room. He continued to say a seam was necessary DUH Carpet came in a 12' width, so get a 12 X 12 and a half or 13 piece of carpet. To further complicate the situation, he sent out a single installer who could not only arrived without carpet tack strip, but also could not figure out where to place the carpet to cut it. Very poor customer service. We selected Akel's in Conway because we needed to replace the flooring in my dad's house in a hurry, and Akel's told us they had the materials in stock and could install within a week. About a week and a half later, they finally came out and began installing the wrong material. The installer had brought two different colors of vinyl flooring and was oblivious to it until my dad pointed it out.
