Entire staff was prompt & efficient. Dr. Boswell was very good with information on my problem and a plan for follow up. Kim in scheduling gave us the help we need for future appointments in conjunction with my other future procedures. Very happy with over all appointment! Bob
This office is a well run machine! Everyone is extremely pleasant. This time I met with Moira and she made my visit very comfortable in not so comfortable matter! From the receptionist to check out ladies, everyone is outstanding, thank you!
Erika, nurse practitioner, and the medical staff were so helpful! She explained the results of my procedures that l had done in terms a layperson could understand. Gave suggestions to help me deal with my GI problems while traveling. Thanks for everything. You guys Rock!
I went back with a follow-up visit to Nurse Crane. I received the same professional care as before. I have been very happy with her and would highly recommend her. Nurse Crane was professional, easy to talk with and explained what she thought what was going on and the medication she was prescribing to help me. I also was impressed that she was aware of my past history and reviewed that with me.
I was really disappointed. I've been going to this office for probably 15 years I have never once arrived late nor have I ever no showed. I had to call to cancel my appointment on a Monday morning because my work schedule got packed in the afternoon unbeknownst to me. They still charged me the $50 fee for canceling less than 24 hours in advance.
