I am so grateful I found Dr. Bolwell and her assistant Reese. I originally visited for a second opinion, but their level of care won me over immediately. They have been a godsend, answering all my questions and making me feel heard. I especially value their transparency—they don't sugarcoat things, they just provide excellent, attentive care. I won’t be going anywhere else!
I decided to schedule with Akron Digestive Health as honestly closer to home & great reviews. I found them to be thorough , kind & professional. The office staff was also well trained; having worked in the medical field for 30 years I am acutely aware of the efficiency of a medical practice . Courtney, the PA I have seen is excellent. She’s well versed in treatment options for GI issues and always pleasant to speak with. Dr. Veerappan did my GI studies, and I really liked him. I highly recommend the practice. Wait times are short.
The people were very understanding and very nice too. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take care of me. They did a great job and they were there. They had empathy for . bedside manner was a five star to place five star all of it five star Keep up the good work.
I have been seeing Dr Kefalas at Akron Digestive for almost 20 years. He is amazing!! Recently, I have been seeing his NP Bonnie and she is equally amazing!! I feel so well cared for. I believe the entire staff is the best.
