Carlos, the tech was very very great. He was very patient. He asked all the right questions. He was very fast he showed me the old equipment that he took off. He had me to come try the new equipment that he installed. And the price wasn’t bad…thanks Carlos

They refused to give me a quote over the phone and then sent a young guy out to look at installing two GE water filters. The poor guy didn’t have the parts he needed and I had to insist to do it right so I went to Home Depot and bought the part he needed to do the job correctly. When he gave me the estimate, I thought it was high, but not so much that I wanted to call another plumber. Finding good plumbers is very hard. The work was done and it looks fine. I had an after-hours emergency plumbing situation that required immediate attention. I called AL and they sent a tech, Klye, out right away. Kyle came and started diagnosing the issue. He eventually discovered the the problem was actually related to my building's main line (shared unit) and not my issue alone. Have gave me exactly what I needed to communicate it up to our property manager and they had it fixed within hours the next day. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Would totally recommend.
