I am very pleased with the services received from Al Rooter Plumbing. Al, the owner was able to quickly deploy a technician within an hour which potentially helped to alleviate larger issues deriving from a leaky upstairs valves. Carlos, the technician, was both knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciate the transparency in pricing and the opportunities provided for costs savings.

Carlos, the tech was very very great. He was very patient. He asked all the right questions. He was very fast he showed me the old equipment that he took off. He had me to come try the new equipment that he installed. And the price wasn’t bad…thanks Carlos

I had an after-hours emergency plumbing situation that required immediate attention. I called AL and they sent a tech, Klye, out right away. Kyle came and started diagnosing the issue. He eventually discovered the the problem was actually related to my building's main line (shared unit) and not my issue alone. Have gave me exactly what I needed to communicate it up to our property manager and they had it fixed within hours the next day. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Would totally recommend.
