Wait time was entirely too long…almost 2 hours! We arrived a few minutes before the 11:15 appointment, and Virginia’s procedure did not start until just after 1pm. She had not had anything to eat or drink since the night before and was starving! No one ever apologized or explained why the wait was so long. Other than that, everything went as expected.

Well, my biggest complaint is that my appointment was at 9:15am and I arrived 30 minutes early for paper work. My procedure didn't get started until 11:00am. The wait time was ridiculous. The actual procedure was great and went well.

Surgery was very successful and quick thanks to Dr. Smith and his amazing team of nurses who assisted. They were very helpful and I would recommend them to everyone that needed oral or facial surgery.
