I called ACC on Friday 01/03/2024 to report a no heat problem. Technician Don B quickly diagnosed compressor failure. He placed the system on emergency heat for the weekend. Don B and Rodney A installed a new compressor on Monday but it failed. They installed another compressor on Tuesday and it worked. They upgraded the heat strip wiring circuitry to specification on Wednesday. They worked hard to make sure that everything was working right. GREAT JOB!!
