I had to replace my 10 year AC and they were able to get it installed fairly quickly. Although it was not without hiccups but they did take care of the issues I had. For their services I had new duct work and a Trane AC put in. It was hot so it took about 3 days to do all the work. But now it's running fine. Nice and cool. Recommend them as the crew were good folks who knew how to take care of business.

Richard has been out to help us several times with two aging heat pumps. He is a total pro and is very willing to answer my questions. Whenever I have a problem, or when it's time for new equipment, I will call Alabama Climate Control.

My emergency heat quit working and the cause was a blown relay, the result of poor electrician work (and failures of simple math) from companies prior. The actual repairperson who did the work was knowledgeable, prompt, and faultlessly polite. That is the best part of this story so far. I was charged for a service call fee, 2 hours of labor (of which only 40 minutes was performed, I have it recorded both by phone calls and security camera) and a 1,600% markup on parts ($117 for less than $8 worth of relays; I googled the p... read more
