I took my truck to this place for minor repairs on a Friday. I spoke to the mechanic and gave him specifics about what needed to take place. When I arrived on Tuesday to pick it up I immediately noticed that my truck had not been moved and nothing had been fixed. I questioned the staff and they didn't seem to have any recollection of anything that needed to be done to my truck. I left without the issues dealing with my truck being resolved. I usually don’t do many reviews but these guys are awesome! I have a 26ft Box Truck they diagnosed for me and got down to the issue! They were also very friendly and makes you feel comfortable at their location in Tuscaloosa. I have a 5 year old son who was with me who they were very kind and accommodating to. They also stayed over and helped me out with an emergency issue with my Reefer. JT and his crew are very helpful! Highly recommended
