From the first phone call from the side of the road due a breakdown to us pulling out of the lot with our rig repaired the folks here were amazing. Renay, Steve and Dustin went out of their way to get our rig repaired and back on the road so we could make it to a family wedding. Dustin quickly diagnosed the issue and Steve and Renay made sure the parts were delivered as quickly as possible. They also helped us find a hotel room that would accommodate our dogs. SHOP IS SPOTLESS! Needed service on my Freightliner Cascadia that was beyond the scope of my company's shop. Reception, shop supervisor, and tech were all friendly and took the time to figure out the best approach to diagnose and fix the issue. Was in/out quick and under the quoted estimate. I will absolutely be back again. THANK YOU!!

We have used this new Freightliner shop 4-5 times since it opened a couple of months ago for services and small misc problems. So far the service has been great with little wait time for a service. Everyone has been super nice that we have dealt with. We are just thankful that a Freightliner certified shop has opened so close to our home instead of driving to the other side of Birmingham. It is technically a great location between B'ham & Montgomery. Also had to order a windshield through them and turn around time wasn't bad... read more
