They are absolutely the best Freightliner shop I’ve ever been to. Every single person here was awesomely nice friendly and extremely kind. They went over and above with the repairs and keeping me informed as to what was happening. I would go hundreds of miles out of my way to come back to this shop. That’s how great this shop is. I must say well done to all of your employees and technicians. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

Absolutely the best service I have ever been involved in. I will travel from South Carolina to Harpersville every time I need any work done on my motor home. They stand behind their work and exceed your expectations. Thank you. See you early next year for my Cummins PM.

We have used this new Freightliner shop 4-5 times since it opened a couple of months ago for services and small misc problems. So far the service has been great with little wait time for a service. Everyone has been super nice that we have dealt with. We are just thankful that a Freightliner certified shop has opened so close to our home instead of driving to the other side of Birmingham. It is technically a great location between B'ham & Montgomery. Also had to order a windshield through them and turn around time wasn't bad... read more

Had a wiring issue with my signal lever. I stopped in shortly after 10 am. They had a lot full of trucks and everyone was working. By 1:30 pm the same day, I was back on the road. They have a friendly, accommodating staff, a clean facility and even a driver's lounge to wait in. I have no doubt that even if if the issue had been more severe, the turnaround time would have been very reasonable. I recommend this location if you're in the area and need a repair.

Needed to have some service work done on my Tiffan Red pusher. I called B'ham Freightliner service and was told that Alabama Freightliner in Harpersville was doing all of the motorhome work. So I called this dealership and talked to Steve their Service Advisor. Told Mr. Steve what I was needing done. He gave a quote for worked needed. The price was very fair. I asked when could bring my motorhome in for service. His reply was first thing in the morning. Next day I was there when they opened. Mechanic Trent started on service... read more
