Terrible customer service experience doing a purchase closing. Our Title Officer was not accommodating or helpful at any time with us as buyers or with our lender. During the closing I was made to feel as if it was a nuisance being there to sign the closing documents. The title officer was gossiping with my Realtor about past clients.
