Recently closed a transaction w/ Alamo Title at their 1800 Bering Dr location. Overall experience working with Charlotte was adequate at best.

The best title company I have used in Houston by far. We had a complex closing with multiple parties and properties and their team was very proactive in procuring all the relevant documents way before the closing date. This ensured we closed on time and had no “last minute” surprises. Special mention to Kirsten, who is not only very knowledgeable, but provided superior customer service.
What an amazing commercial title company. Everyone is so sweet and professional. I’m so confused by the reviews about not being congratulated for buying a home, as I noticed they don’t do residential real estate, maybe the reviews are for another office? Anyway, loved my experience and would recommend to anyone.
I have dealt with David for about 10 years now and have nothing but good things to say about the folks at that office. We have closed approximately 15 transactions with him and he has consistently delivered professional, and timely service. We have one deal in with them now and are working on getting another to him soon. Highly recommended.
