Had to go to the Dentist for a broken tooth last week. Went to Capeside Dental and saw Kameca Shields. She was amazing. Very compassionate, explained the procedure that needed to be done very thoroughly. At 58, I still dont like going to the Dentist, but dont think I'll be as anxious anymore.
Dr.Shields did my surgery for all-on-four snap-in dentures early in her dental career. If you want a dentist who will be honest with you about what you are facing, you need her (none of this TEETH IN AN HOUR marketing BS)! I believe her previous experience as a registered nurse benefits her patients as she listens well and is empathetic, in addition to superior skills prescribing a balance of medications that make the surgery pleasant without having to undergo general anesthesia.
