My Therapist was very engaging, friendly and interested, She was very knowledgeable and explained things. I didn’t want someone to just listen to me, I wanted feedback and she did that. The only small negative was that sometimes I couldn’t understand her because of her accent, but, I will try to work through it.
I’ve tried so many therapists and Alba is the only one that hasn’t given up and understands my brain and how it works. I never thought I’d have hope like I do now. She doesn’t give up on you but you have to really be honest with yourself and she makes me feel that safety.
Alba is my angel. She gives excellent advice and teaches you how to live and have self-love. I love her so much. She changed my life.
She listens to me and then asks questions to get me thinking of how I feel and training my brain to become healthier and strong. I had so much negativity about myself and my life. It’s been a true blessing to have Alba to help me every week. I am so thankful to have found her. I always feel so much better once I talk with every week
I really found my session with Alba Giraldo to be the start of a journey. She is kind and attentive.
