Alba has been a great help in just a few visits. She has a kind and very gentle way of counseling. She was able to identify traits in me that I was not able to see in myself. Very good and highly recommended.
She listens to me and then asks questions to get me thinking of how I feel and training my brain to become healthier and strong. I had so much negativity about myself and my life. It’s been a true blessing to have Alba to help me every week. I am so thankful to have found her. I always feel so much better once I talk with every week
