I really found my session with Alba Giraldo to be the start of a journey. She is kind and attentive.
Ms Geraldi has helped me far above my expectations. I have 2 others before,. She helped me with both my personal feelings and with my communication with my family, especially with my wife. She listens to me and then asks questions to get me thinking of how I feel and training my brain to become healthier and strong. I had so much negativity about myself and my life. It’s been a true blessing to have Alba to help me every week. I am so thankful to have found her. I always feel so much better once I talk with every week
