Great place to do business. I was not happy with the first set of hearing aids so I took them back within the 60 day trial period. They refunded me the full price and I ordered a replacement (a different brand) and all is good now. There was no fuss and I was treated fairly and friendly. Thanks
It is always a pleasure to see Dr Lorber and the staff in Albany. Dr. Lorber is very professional and knowledgeable but understanding of his clients individual needs and works to meet those. Doc is kind and attentive to my concerns. I got in quickly and was able to get my hearing aids in about one week.
This was the best experience I have ever had in a doctor’s office. It is amazing to meet and experience a doctor who truly is gifted in their particular field of medicine. He not only demonstrated professional knowledge but also personal concern in making sure I was taken care of. He also made sure I was well informed about what was going on with me and what I needed.
