Signature Hospice was fabulous about on-borarding the patient and making sure all the pieces were in the home for them prior to moving them from the hospital. They gave around the clock support to the patient. We just needed to call and they would come if it was needed or support was needed no matter what time of day. They were very helpful once the patient passed to be aware of our needs as a family. I had some trouble scheduling mostly because I didn't check my texts often enough. But the quality of the PT was great. Especially after we found out I was going to have total hip replacement surgery it was talored to preparing for that. I got along with Grace famously. Wish I could have had her every time. Her instructions were clear and her hands on manner was very helpful in keeping me on track. An her bedside manner was cheerful, positive and helpful in helping me problem solved [door ramp finding]. Signature employees (all of them that I have worked with) over past several yrs including palliative care, have been wonderful. As the caregiver to the person receiving the care I always felt they were supportive and available. They were genuine, kind and helpful. I literally can't think of anything to complain about. Angels 😇....... I'd say. 🥰

My mother fractured her hip, and we were sent home from the hospital with Signature HCH. They were outstanding from the start to the finish of her care. We worked with PT, OT, and nursing care. Not only was each person kind, competent, and helpful, but they also noticed an ancillary health problem my mom was contending with and contacted her doctors to begin treatment on that.
