I am so thankful that I signed up for Signature Home Health & Hospice when I did thanks to input from one of the therapists who showed concern for my Mom. All of the nurses and therapists are so caring and compassionate about their patients and that meant a lot to me. I cannot begin to describe the love, support, and encouragement provided by Signature Hospice for my Mom, who was already receiving excellent care in Assisted Living at Bonaventure of Albany. After a bad fall, we signed on with Signature - Erin, our caseworker and initially Mom's primary nurse was exceptional. My father-in-law received hospice at home through Signature and everyone we dealt with was caring, sweet, and really took the time to get to know all of our needs. The nurses, bath aides, massage therapist, social Worker, etc, were so personable and really connected with us. My father-in-law was in hospice for 2.5 months and we all looked forward to the visits of each of the staff. I would recommend Signature 100%, to anyone looking for in-home hospice.

Peter, my boyfriend's PT, was reliable, kind and understanding, as was the OT, Shareen. They assessed Doug's needs as an alzheimer's patient in a memory care home. After an illness he had become weak and unable to walk. Peter taught him to use a wheelchair and showed me how to help him use it and do excercises. They informed the nurse of his needs for socializing and excercise. They were very supportive and I highly recommend them.

When you miss them after their gone! That's how I felt. So grateful that they were able to help me continue physical therapy, they motivated me . I really loved that they care so much. And it was a pleasure having them come in my home. I would for sure do it again. I looked at it like I had more eyes on me. And that's a blessing. Thank you so much, for being there for me.
