I utilized Signature Home Health for wounddressing changes and physical therapy. Physical therapy was great at providing exercise routines to improve my balance and strength. The nurses were pleasant and efficient at what they did however they only changed the dressings but didn't clean the skin and feet under the pressure wrap which had not been exposed for weeks.

Signature Hospice was fabulous about on-borarding the patient and making sure all the pieces were in the home for them prior to moving them from the hospital. They gave around the clock support to the patient. We just needed to call and they would come if it was needed or support was needed no matter what time of day. They were very helpful once the patient passed to be aware of our needs as a family. Excellent experience. Despite the obscure nature of my symptoms and doctors not being sure of course of treatment, the staff kept working with me to find outside the box solutions for each symptom I would bring up. My house is now usable for me, they helped me with modifications to my daily routine, and helped find ways to make my house more accessible. Absolutely recommend!

Everyone whom came to Jefferson to give my dad therapy were amazing. All of then me in so many ways to keep my dad active and safe around the apartment. They also helped me find community resources.

I had some trouble scheduling mostly because I didn't check my texts often enough. But the quality of the PT was great. Especially after we found out I was going to have total hip replacement surgery it was talored to preparing for that. I got along with Grace famously. Wish I could have had her every time.
