Best pool service/company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Lived in Vegas since the late 70’s and they are such a breath of fresh air. Totally professional and honest. Helped me to save money and so fair. They explain everything in detail. They are the pool company you want to deal with!!

Alchemist Pool Service was hired through my warranty company. The guy told me it most likely won't be covered to fix my pool pump, but they will submit the request. 1 week goes by, no word. I called and texted Alchemist Pool Service. By the 2nd week, I started to call my home warranty for help. 3 weeks go by, and finally, by the 4th week, they submit the denial to my warranty company. This company is a joke. They sent someone from the home warranty to look at my pool and helping the insurance company to find excuses not to make the service. The repair that needed been done was covered by the home warranty company previously but the technician named Jeremiah decided that my current pool guy didn’t do an enough job and the salt generator stopped working because of that.
