Alchemist Pool Service was hired through my warranty company. The guy told me it most likely won't be covered to fix my pool pump, but they will submit the request. 1 week goes by, no word. I called and texted Alchemist Pool Service. By the 2nd week, I started to call my home warranty for help. 3 weeks go by, and finally, by the 4th week, they submit the denial to my warranty company. This company is a joke. They sent someone from the home warranty to look at my pool and helping the insurance company to find excuses not to make the service. The repair that needed been done was covered by the home warranty company previously but the technician named Jeremiah decided that my current pool guy didn’t do an enough job and the salt generator stopped working because of that. These guys are awesome! Our pool pump shorted out during the last big storm. Our AHS assigned another contractor initially who has very poor reviews. I called and requested another vendor to avoid any issues. Alchemist was assigned the job. Jeremiah is very thorough and knowledgeable with the diagnosis and Dahmien was quick and efficient with the install of the replacement pump. I appreciate how quickly they were able to get a resolution for us! Thanks you guys!! You are awesome!

Alchemist Pool was sent by my home warranty company to fix my pool heater. Jeremiah arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix my heater that same day. My kids were able to get back in the pool the next day and were so happy. This is the second time this company was sent to us over the years (for separate problems), and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had APS come out for a service call for a warranty issue. It is safe to say they are not interested in fixing anything. They said the pool pump was running too fast which cause a build up of pressure and cause a crack. But the tank has a gauge which after double checking to make sure it works, says it is running well under pressure. Horrible company. They are just trying to rip you off.
