I tried to establish a new patient appointment for my son. Not only did they want personal records prior to setting an appointment, but once they received records they turned us down for not being an established patient. I called to correct the issue but unless they have full immunization records and note from a provider verifying a recent visit (has to be within a year) they would not accept my son. We now live 40 minutes away and still drive to see Dr Ulrich! Office is always clean and staff is always great.

To get an appointment is ridiculous- they are pediatrics and kids get sick all of the time - they should make space - never dealt with such thing before. Staff is great once your in there but for them to make an appointment- good luck

I love Suburban Pediatrics. I have only been to their Alden office but the office is so well set up and so clean. Both my kids see Dr. Hoelscher and she is definitely my favorite. She is so easy to talk to and so nice! Everyone I have ever dealt with is so courteous and fully explains everything and are so good with kids. I recommend this practice to all my friends!

Alden Office. I have say this is a very nice, and CLEAN place. The office staff was great to deal with. Friendly and Courteous. It was my first visit to the office. Making the appointment was quick and easy. Less than 5 minutes. The first visit paper work was minimal. The office called me to confirm they received the records 2 weeks before the appointment date.
