We have had a horrible experience. The insurance certificate sent to me via email had our prior address and did not indicate centralized monitoring of fire alarms which I specifically asked you about this prior to going forward as it is a needed requirement for our homeowners insurance renewal! Also, the installer, Carlos, requested a check which I gave him yesterday; however when I called customer support they have no record of payment and I am unable to register or access my account. We had our alarm attached to our landline, due to copper was stolen from landline with no resolution date. We had to change alarm to cellphone tower. My tech Darryl arrived early in which allow me to go forward with my day, he was very nice and professional. Darryl answered all questions and went above and beyond customer service. Whenever I called customer service, everyone are very nice and helpful.
Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He did the job perfectly. Service was great!
