I applied for these apartments as well as another apartment that's owned here I'm richmond by the same owners. I contact Ms. Angela I'm August of this year and I went on numerous occasions filling out documentations that needed to be complete and in September I was told that I would be moving in a 3 bedroom unit that the maintenance man mentioned to Ms. Angela in front of me that would be ready with a door fixed by October 20th which was the date I would have to pay 328 dollars fora storage that I'm going to have to throw al... read more

Lynette, Cj and the rest of the office and maintenance staff are OUTSTANDING , always responsive and informative of any concerns and questions I have ! Clean lobby and ver very nice people ! If you are looking for a place to rent in the Richmond area Alexander 1090 is the place to be !
Lynette Carpenter was very professional and kind! She was also very knowledgeable about the policies concerning move out and payment for the balance or my account. She took her time and showed she cared about the people and not just the property. This by far was the most pleasant experience I ever had with Alexander at 1090. If Lawson can put more people like Lynette in their offices they’ll be the ideal renter! Thanks again Lynette!
Recent;y, I had the experience in visiting this complex to inquire about any occupancy and the income requirements. I had the pleasure of meeting one of your employees by the name of Lynette Carpenter. She was a gem. Very knowledgeable, and courteous in her orientation of the property.
