I was down visiting before I moved here and needed my windshield replaced in my F-450. Alexander Glass had it in stock and took care of all the insurance paperwork and back on the road the next day. Great customer service and friendly. Highly recommended.
What a breath of fresh air dealing with Alexander auto glass. I sent them a message and I actually got a reply on a Sunday if you can believe that. They did an awesome job of following up. I dropped my vehicle off at their shop and it was done in the time that they had told me it would be. Amazing service! My husband busted out his back window on accident and Chris at Alexander Auto Glass did wonderful at replacing it! They did it in exceptional time and for the cheapest price!!! 10/10 recommend! Before and after pictures below.
Highly recommend. They went above and beyond to help me out. They even got me a rental car and paid out of their own pocket while waiting on insurance approval, since my windshield requires a lot testing because of the sensors, it was going to be a 5 hour or more process . They were very accommodating and since it was my only car, and I had a 4 month old baby, they were on it to get me a rental and get me back home as soon as possible. Will use again in the future.
