I had a great experience during my dental cleaning. Jana did an excellent job—she was professional, thorough, and made the entire process comfortable from start to finish. The staff created a welcoming and relaxed environment, which really helped put me at ease. Dr. Henry was also fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Both my husband and I have been going to Alexander Dentistry, he for a long time and me for a short time. Both Dr. Henry and Dr. Alexander are such dedicated doctors. Dr. Henry met my husband for an urgent issue outside of clinic hours, going above and beyond. Their staff, from technicians to hygienists to office staff, reflects their kind and extremely knowledgeable leadership, evidence of their heart for both patients and staff. We have had such positive experiences there!
I had the best experience (well, at least for going to the dentist, haha!). Dr. Henry and his nurse, Lindsay were sooo good about taking the time to evaluate some new symptoms that had developed before my appointment to have a crown placed, and they were able to take care of it while I was there (instead of asking me to make a new appointment which was greatly appreciated!). Hands down the BEST Dental Care anywhere. Dr. A is amazing. Kelby was my Dental Hygienist and she was completely awesome. The whole staff from the time you walk in, until you leave, just Awesome.
Alexander Dentistry is first class! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Dr Gordon Henry was my dentist and is truly amazing! He explained every step of my treatment plan thoroughly. His assistant, Lindsay, was so compassionate. She really put me at ease. Lastly, Amber and Nichole at the front desk were right where they needed to be……up front greeting patients with a smile and so knowledgeable about billing questions.
