I’m a new patient and was referred here by my insurance company. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago and the earliest availability they provided was Christmas Eve. I was surprised but accepted it because I really need to be seen. I get a call yesterday from this office that Alexander actually is not working on Christmas Eve and they initially tried to reschedule for January 7th, which I can’t do. DO NOT see Alexander Patsiornik!! He is literally impossible to reach. If you need a medication refill, good luck. He takes days- weeks to respond via patient portal and it’s quite literally impossible to contact him. I don’t feel heard or understood in my sessions. He is very quick and doesn’t seem to have your best interest at heart :(
Made me go through some long questionnaire on first appointment, it took half the session time. I have no idea where that information is being stored now or who it is shared with. Then overcharged me $90. The total was about $470 for one single 45 minute session! Welcome to the land of Freedom!
