Communication was horrible . I've been texting and calling for 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to help me. I was told they would call me back after their lunch but it's been 3 weeks now. The service is horrible and now here is it with a hurting neck and a smashed up car. Thanks guys. I guess I need to look for another attorney. One that will help me. I've never been in a situation like this so I'm scared and nervous as it is. I sure appreciate your help. Thanks a lot

I am currently still in the middle of my case, haven’t finished my operations and healing from a dog attack just yet. However, everything so far hands down has been great as far as keeping in touch with me, and great representatives and very nice and polite great services as of and up to today. Highly recommend

Sorry to say but I would not recommend this group of lawyers to anyone. They only want big cases such as big trucks accident or the ones where individuals are almost dead. However; i understand this is where they get paid. The front office staff is very courteous and friendly. My experience with them is an F (failure)

They’d get no stars if I could but I wasn’t allowed. I got rear-ended, contacted this firm within 2 weeks, they took the case, sent me to a chiropractor, was informed that I had I needed care and booked me an appointment, the day before the appointment I get a call that it had been cancelled, I asked the reason and was informed the lawyer cancelled it. Didn't do anything for me. Reassured me that they would be more convenient and easier to communicate with. Not 2 days after I dropped my previous attorney,Shannara dropped me! I was lied to from the first phone call. No help at all!!
