I am currently still in the middle of my case, haven’t finished my operations and healing from a dog attack just yet. However, everything so far hands down has been great as far as keeping in touch with me, and great representatives and very nice and polite great services as of and up to today. Highly recommend

About 10 years ago or maybe a little bit less, I had Mike Shunnarah, he got me 25,000 and was very hands-on. Called me and texted me all throughout the process. I just recently reacquired Alexander shunnarah and have a new attorney who clearly has an attitude problem. I dealt with him for my son's car accident and the reason why my son never even proceeded was because the lawyer was just short and rude. Worst experience with lawyers ever. Spent 2 hours on the phone, sent a contract right over, then went ghost. I spent what amounted to a work day or two just trying to get in touch. Then when they do contact me, they’re extremely rude. Would give less than zero stars… Now they’ll respond with apologies & empty promises. Let’s hear it…now I’m floundering with my own medical bills. They are the reason lawyers get a bad name.

Communication was horrible . I've been texting and calling for 3 weeks and I can't get anyone to help me. I was told they would call me back after their lunch but it's been 3 weeks now. The service is horrible and now here is it with a hurting neck and a smashed up car. Thanks guys. I guess I need to look for another attorney. One that will help me. I've never been in a situation like this so I'm scared and nervous as it is. I sure appreciate your help. Thanks a lot
