Although the initial phone consultation took a bit longer than expected, I was immediately paired with a local attorney who understood my case, followed up with me quickly, and are good with communicating my next steps. My attorney set me up with a medical professional, one who also provides transportation and I have had a great experience, overall. Still waiting to see how long the actual claims process will take, but I have faith that they are "on the ball" with my case.

Horrible company. My grandmother has been waiting almost 2 years and nothing has happened. She’s went to all her doctor appointments, gotten shots. When she was finally reached someone they asked for medical records because they claimed they never received them. She volunteered to get them and bring them to where they needed to be and he never contacted back about the address. Will definitely be contacting BBB or someone. This is very unprofessional. Tired of companies treating customers and anyone this way.

My accident was in September of 2024. I received the treatment but haven’t reached a settlement. (compensation) I haven’t received anything. I was the passenger of the car when this took place. I haven’t received any phone calls with updates either.

Do not use these people! Waste of time they will lie never contact and pass your information around without even communicating with you! Told me to leave my car at tow yard and they will take care of it and have the insurance pick it up! No call back or anything! They work thru a network and only care about you going to doctor so they get paid! Was told they would help with rental car cash advance payments and all . Lied run from these folks str8 headache ! They need to be reported

Communication is good Evan is really great with updates about my case status. If I reach out the response is quick and I appreciate that. Always professional and willing to explain things that I don’t understand in law terms and the way things go.
