This firm has been by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I filed with them last year in September 4,2024. Treasure Sutton never answers her phone, don’t return voicemails, calls nor emails. I’ve filed a complaint and no one reached out. Every time I call I’m given the runaround. It’s a whole year and month later and I’ve yet to hear anything. I’m so frustrated and disappointed in them.

It has taken this man three years to settle a case and it's still not settled he lied and said that he could not get the adjuster on the phone but I called state farm and got her right on the phone but she couldn't talk about the case because I have this lawyer im thinking about firings him but do not use this firm

This company has took to long on my case. They have lied to me several times. dont use this company because you see their billboards. if they call you, use somebody else. called me after my accident, encourages me to go to the doctor, and im pretty sure thats not legal according to NST. they said they would charge me 25% of the settlement and medical would be takin out of that. it was a lie. i have 5000$ in medical bills and they didnt do anything but put me in a massage chair twice a week for 2 months... because of that my ... read more

At first I would have gave them a 5 star review, but since my case has been going on that has definitely turned to a one. Their communication is terrible. I have called multiple times and have also emailed. I turned in some documents and I wanted to confirm they had them. I never received confirmation. Months have gone by and I reached out to get an update and still have not heard anything. Hands down the worst experience I've had dealing with a law firm. The attorney's doesn't have supervisors so they answer to know one. Plus they allow insurance companies and adjusters to do what they please without any resistance. Do yourself a favor and run far away from this firm
