Absolutely the WORST law firm I have ever used. There’s NO Communication at all. I settled my case 11/25/24 and here it is 1/16/25 and still haven’t been paid my money. They claim they are waiting for the insurance company however they weren’t supposed to settle without a final medical amount. I have NEVER met anyone from the firm and barely get a response back. Chose another firm if you want any help!

Alexander Shunnarah Pensacola,Fl are the absolute worst conniving, deceitful, non communicative, liars I’ve ever seen. If you want whats rightfully yours please find another law firm. These people have had my case over 2yrs just to tell me they’ll get more of my settlement than me. Ex. The insurance company cut the check for my family back in December 2023 to my lawyer ,here it is March 2024 i still haven’t received my check. They seem to care less about my case or pain. I was in a wreck in September and still haven't been seen by a doctor. I called in October and asked them if they could give me a different case manager., Because Jessica does not have the time for my case. She gave me the excuse that her kid was sick. And here it is November and she still hasn't done anything to help me. I have used Alexander shunnarah two times in the past. After this I will never call him again.
