Interactions with doctors in Florida is excruciating for a lot of reasons, but my procedure with Dr Fernandez & Alex was the best ever…. My appointment was on time, procedure & follow up was quick & complete… I highly recommend this practice ….. !!!!!!
Had to used her twice and both times, unsatisfied with her knowledge, bedside manner, Does not explain to patients full details to where they understand. Sent me for a CT Scan without discussing preparation needed before procedure and providing what was needed. Requiring me to have to go/wait to find out I had to reschedule CT Scan. Never set appt. discuss any of the test she ordered. Has a lot to learn!
Seen for abdominal pain & difficulty swallowing with no examination. A fibroscan (reluctantly) & Upper EGD were discussed, ordered and scheduled with written orders & instructions provided in office. When I called to reschedule 24 hours later due to a work conflict, (was informed they're now booked 7 months out) I was mis-scheduled TWICE, as when I spoke to the office the 1st time, she said "I've got your colonoscopy (wrong test) & fibroscan rescheduled", I stated again t's an Upper EGD & fibroscan, the scopes going in my es... read more
All the staff, nurses and Doctors were great! It is probably because Antonette at the front desk is the one running the show. :-)
