Dr. DiSilvestro was very nice and professional. She made us feel very comfortable and at ease, knowing that my twins and I are in good hands. The front desk on the other hand was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
3 stars due to the fact that the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. But the ultrasound tech seemed to rush through the ultrasound. This is my first pregnancy so I’m not 100% sure if this is typical, but it wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. But that’s expectations for you. There was no communication from the tech, aside from saying the baby looks healthy and everything is good. But my partner and I both agreed that the appointment was very lackluster.
Very unfortunate experience. I was scheduled for 7:15am. Doors were not opened until 7:30-7:40am. I purposely chose this scheduled time for work purposes. I was taken in to my anatomy scan w/o being checked in because the front desk staff had yet to arrive at 7:45am. The ultrasound tech was amazing, professional, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. Dr. DiSilvestro is an amazing person and a beautiful spirit. She makes me feel very comfortable with every interaction, and she also did a FANTASTIC job with my cervical cerclage. It was a very nerve wrecking surgery for me , but her and her team made it feel like a walk in the park. So blessed to have had her as my surgeon. I highly recommend her to any high risk woman. I will always remember her kindness and care. Thank you SO SO much, Doc ! 🩷
I couldn’t be happier with my appointment. The ultrasound tech was thorough and didn’t rush which was so lovely. Dr. DiSilvestro also made sure to come in and talk to us herself before we left. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch to this practice!
