As an adult I saw the Nurse Practitioner Who although I knew the medications that worked for me, she had me try other alternatives first. They did not work very well, but within the month I was able to get the medicines I needed for my Adult ADHD and Anxiety. I understand their approach, and would recommend them. Very Professional and caring, and even without a receptionist one day, they still never missed a beat, including their attitude. That probably speaks volumes alone. I contacted this doctor for my 10 y/o daughter. From the very first time I walked into his office, I was hooked. He's a great doctor. The office listed here (and the one we go to) is in Chantilly, which is not his primary office. The office itself isn't really much, but Dr. Altahir really is a great doctor.
