DO NOT GO HERE. Scheduled a cpr class over three months ago and it got canceled four times in a row after each got rescheduled. After that I said No more i’m not going I want a refund and the lady at the desk said okay. Well THREE MONTHS LATER still no refund and all they have to say is well the person who can sign off on it still hasn’t came. I’m done. Alia Healthcare was a great! I did the full-time day class. The instructors were very helpful, and made sure we thoroughly knew what needed to be known to be prepared for the STNA Exam. By the end of the class, you feel accomplished in earning your certificate. I would definitely recommend Alia to anyone who is passionate, and ready to take the next steps in the medical field. *Update: I passed my STNA State Exam, and can thank Alia your the help in preparing me for success!*
A lot of the problems you see people complaining about are really out of their hands. If you’re taking an accelerated course you literally cannot miss any time in class because there won’t be a chance to make it up. It’s a clock hour course so that’s not their fault that they have to be strict on time. It’s strict yes, but you shouldn’t have expected it to be easy when it’s a 15 week course compressed into 2. I drop my class because I don't want to loss my Money and time here. Waiting for refund great mistakes but I'll surely aware my frens who are interests to do STNA class here. Please anyone looking to get in this school please read review that other students experience in this school. Frustrating 😠 😤
