If I could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately google reviews saved you. The owner of this place (Abed), is a complete mess. I signed up for the 5 week blended course with the thought its gonna be 5 weeks ,right? NOPE. My class showed up to lab at 8 am in the morning and oh btw (you get told if you are even a minute late to class/lab/turning in assignments, you will be kicked from the program with no money back!) but the clock turned to 9:05, then 9:10, then 9:15 and my classmates and I are all looking around a... read more
I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1.I signed up for the 5-week weekend CNA class but somehow it’s turning into six. I didn’t sign up for bonus weeks; I signed up to be done on time. For what I paid, this whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. This school is unprofessional, money hungry and out of date and unfortunately they do not care. However, the BBB and the Ohio accreditation board will care. If you sign up for classes and get accepted. You'll be dealing with the owner of the building, Mr.Hamad. A tyrant with no medical education or background but is running a STNA school. If your 1 minute late to class you'll pay $100.00 to be out into the next upcoming class, if you have turn in assignment 1 minute late, they charge you $25.00 for the assignment. I highly recommend this school! Very organized! Mr. Abed the director is an amazing person, Thank you so much Mr. Abed for all of your support and your service. I’ve got the best service. DO NOT GO HERE. Scheduled a cpr class over three months ago and it got canceled four times in a row after each got rescheduled. After that I said No more i’m not going I want a refund and the lady at the desk said okay. Well THREE MONTHS LATER still no refund and all they have to say is well the person who can sign off on it still hasn’t came. I’m done.
