Terrible school, do not waste your time or money here! Abed is an absolute jerk that only cares about money and nothing else. They have absolutely NO regard for your time, they will be LATE themselves....but if you are 5 minutes late they quick u out of the program no questions asked .....and of course keep the money!!! The WORST part is that they DONT let u use the restroom for 6 hours which is ILLEGAL and should be reported to the board. One of the worst experiences I ever had. The director Abed, is literally passive aggressive rude, sarcastic and does entirely to much. He csncels thr classes youve veen waiting for.months for at the drop of a dime and expects you to roll over to their commands at youexpense. They reschedule or cancel students with no notice. I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1.I signed up for the 5-week weekend CNA class but somehow it’s turning into six. I didn’t sign up for bonus weeks; I signed up to be done on time. For what I paid, this whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. This school is unprofessional, money hungry and out of date and unfortunately they do not care. However, the BBB and the Ohio accreditation board will care. If you sign up for classes and get accepted. You'll be dealing with the owner of the building, Mr.Hamad. A tyrant with no medical education or background but is running a STNA school. If your 1 minute late to class you'll pay $100.00 to be out into the next upcoming class, if you have turn in assignment 1 minute late, they charge you $25.00 for the assignment. I highly recommend this school! Very organized! Mr. Abed the director is an amazing person, Thank you so much Mr. Abed for all of your support and your service. I’ve got the best service.
