I wish I could give 0 stars because they don’t even deserve 1.I signed up for the 5-week weekend CNA class but somehow it’s turning into six. I didn’t sign up for bonus weeks; I signed up to be done on time. For what I paid, this whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. This school is unprofessional, money hungry and out of date and unfortunately they do not care. However, the BBB and the Ohio accreditation board will care. If you sign up for classes and get accepted. You'll be dealing with the owner of the building, Mr.Hamad. A tyrant with no medical education or background but is running a STNA school. If your 1 minute late to class you'll pay $100.00 to be out into the next upcoming class, if you have turn in assignment 1 minute late, they charge you $25.00 for the assignment. DO NOT GO HERE. Scheduled a cpr class over three months ago and it got canceled four times in a row after each got rescheduled. After that I said No more i’m not going I want a refund and the lady at the desk said okay. Well THREE MONTHS LATER still no refund and all they have to say is well the person who can sign off on it still hasn’t came. I’m done. Alia Healthcare was a great! I did the full-time day class. The instructors were very helpful, and made sure we thoroughly knew what needed to be known to be prepared for the STNA Exam. By the end of the class, you feel accomplished in earning your certificate. I would definitely recommend Alia to anyone who is passionate, and ready to take the next steps in the medical field. *Update: I passed my STNA State Exam, and can thank Alia your the help in preparing me for success!*
